Realtor.com just came out with a list of things that is seems buyers want these days! Most builders are focusing on convenience and energy efficiency these days and according to a survey by the National Association of Home Builders, there are more amenities that were found as key selling points! Check out what the survey says we want:

A Kitchen Island:
