This home really went through a major makeover and is probably one of my favorite ones so far! It was covered behind shrubs and the entire inside was gutted, but the end result is absolutely stunning!
You originially couldn't even see the front of this house. The sidewalk and stoop were put in and the front entry way of the home was completely redone to make this entrance a show stopper.
The floors in this home are gorgeous and with all the new windows to let the natural light in, it really shines.
All new tile, granite, and stainless steel appliances gave this kitchen a major face lift!
All new carpet, drywall, and molding make this home look brand new.
The bathrooms were completely redone with a warm choice of colors.
The open floor plan really gives you a great view of the natural light and gorgeous floors.
The upstairs bathroom was also completely renovated!
The upstairs wood floors are the originals that were sanded and stained. They really give these rooms character!

Last week the floors and cabinets were all finished at 140 Meadow!
The new oak looks great, and so does the 45 degree tile in the kitchen. It really looks great with the contrasting light and dark Hickory cabinets and new granite.
But the best look of all is the reclaimed hardwood pine and oak floors for the upstairs bedrooms.
These floors show the character of this old house and provide a warm, bright space that "wow's" everyone who walks on them!
